Returns Policy

Got a product you need to return?

Returns will be accepted for faulty or defective goods.

A Returns Authorisation form must be sent with all returns. To request a returns authorisation form, please either email sales@goleman.co.nz or call us on 0508 GOLEMAN with your invoice number and reason for return.

All returns must be made within 14 days. Goods must be in a resalable condition, in the original packaging and with a copy of the original Packing Slip/Invoice. Where goods are not defective, delivery costs and a return fee of 25% may apply.

Goods will be inspected and credited off your account once approved.

All goods remain the property of Goleman Group until paid in full.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at sales@goleman.co.nz within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

Please note, we cannot provide a refund if; you do not have proof of purchase from Goleman Group, the goods have been used or tested, the goods have been damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

When returning items, all product/ticket swing tags and packaging must be returned with the goods in order for the goods to be restocked and resold.

For all other returns, we recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for any goods lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Goleman Group will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
