Being able to access elevated spaces, both externally and internally, is important for critical maintenance tasks. Being able to do so safely is the purpose of access safety and roof access systems.

These are essential structures that provide secure pathways, platforms and ladders to provide safe ways to work at heights and access roof tops, enter ceilings and work from elevated maintenance platforms. Enabling workers to safely situate themselves and their tools and equipment in the elevated work area and carry out work whilst mitigating the risk of falls.

Access safety systems may comprise a number of structures and components depending on the area being accessed, the work carried out and the frequency of access required.

Modular Ladder Systems

For safe and easy access to elevated areas such as roof tops, ceiling spaces and maintenance platforms. The unique precision and profile design ensures a high level of safety and confidence for maintenance personnel.

Fixed Rung Ladders

For effective access to elevated areas such as roof tops, ceiling spaces and maintenance platforms. The proprietary fall protection modular system has multiple ladder system configurations which can incorporate enclosed cages or ladder fall arrest systems, depending on ladder height and application.

Fold Down Ladders

A high strength ladder solution where safe access and egress to ceilings or roofs is gained internally. Provides a sturdy, high strength solution where safe access and egress to ceilings or roofs up to 4300mm is gained internally.

Step Ladders, Stairs & Platforms

Step ladders, stairs and platforms provide safe and easy access to varied height applications for maintenance crews. Purpose designed, built and fabricated, for accessing service platforms, machinery, roof decks and other maintenance areas.

HVAC Platforms

HVAC platforms allow for the permanent fixture of HVAC machinery and air handling systems on roof structures by spreading the point load across the area. Also compatible with guardrails and slatted screens for increased user safety.
