Your technicians have been doing a fantastic job of turning our dull colour scheme into something fresh and bright. We have already had a number of positive comments on how great the new painting looks! The team turn up consistently each day, are always polite to residents, keep their work area clean and simply get on with the job – even in the hard-to-reach areas. They have both been a pleasure to work with and we couldn’t have asked for a more professional team.
I would like to thank one technician in particular for his fantastic communication. He is always happy to provide me with progress updates and to answer my questions in a way that is friendly and professional. I have really appreciated his willingness to ask clarification questions, to reconfirm the plan or to raise issues promptly, so that we can get things resolved without delay. He has shown initiative and made sensible, thoughtful decisions when needed – such as the colour of balcony flashings that we had overlooked!
Additionally I would like to thank your Client Care Manager as our chief point of liaison. His openness, flexibility and willingness to work together has been greatly appreciated and has contributed to a smooth running project. The regular check ins and prompt responses have made communication easy and kept everyone on the same page.
I appreciate there is also an Ops team back at base, so I’d also like to extend my thanks to the team who work largely behind the scenes to keep everything running seamlessly – from the client’s perspective at least.

I wanted to pass on my thanks and gratitude to two of your staff -Josh and Akash, who have been working on cleaning our econo barn shed as part of the Auckland Council job in Otara. We operate our Outdoor Experience Team from here; and as outdoor instructors, facilitate outdoor education programs at schools and in the community.
Josh and Akash started cleaning the “Outdoor Experience” shed at 115 Bairds Rd Otara earlier in the week. The first day they managed to clean part of one side which had easier access. We spoke with Josh about cleaning the rounded top/roof of the shed and the other side, where trees and a skate park prevented them from getting access. We knew it was a challenging problem to solve and thought we’d be left with the shed half cleaned.
However, they turned up over the next two days with Josh having worked out how to anchor themselves safely to access all the rest of the shed. We were impressed with Josh’s problem solving skills, communication with us and his determination to complete the job. As a result we have a fully sparkling shed with heaps more light coming through the 14 clean skylights.
